- 1 tablespoon agar-agar flakes
- 1–2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Wild berries for topping

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a tart pan.
- Cream vegan butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add flour, mixing until dough forms.
- Press dough into the tart pan and prick with a fork. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned; let cool.
- For the custard, whisk together some plant-based milk, pudding powder, and cornstarch. Stir in remaining milk, agar-agar flakes, sugar, and cinnamon.
