  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp cherry pepper spread

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spicy ranch by mixing ranch dressing and cherry pepper spread in a bowl; refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together parmesan cheese, Olive Garden dressing, cornstarch, ground cornmeal, flour, seasoned salt, garlic salt, lemon pepper, paprika, and dried parsley.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup of the dry mix and combine it with 1/2 cup cold water to create a wet batter.
  4. Dip shrimp and bell peppers into the wet batter before coating them with the dry mixture.
  5. Deep fry in batches at medium-high heat until golden brown (shrimp: 2–3 minutes; bell peppers: about 1 minute).
