Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Gradually add a cornstarch-water mixture, milk, and raspberry syrup.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in chopped frozen raspberries.
