Ingredients

- 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the thinly sliced beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
