- 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives (sliced)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with olive oil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until well-coated.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeezed dry), olive oil, lemon juice, apple vinegar, minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold the seasoned chicken into the tzatziki dressing. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese; stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately in wraps or over mixed greens or refrigerate for later use.
