- 1 pinch salt
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder, sugars, eggs, brewed coffee, and vanilla extract until combined. Fold in flour and salt.
- Reserve ½ cup of brownie batter. Spread the remaining batter into the pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
