  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by wrapping it in tin foil and greasing it lightly.
  3. Combine graham crumbs, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Peel and slice apples; toss with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugars, cornstarch, and sour cream; mix until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Layer half of the cheesecake filling over the crust, followed by half of the spiced apples, then repeat.
