- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined and form into oval patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear each patty for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned; transfer to the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the patties and scatter sliced onions and mushrooms on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
